1. About Glow Belts
Glow Belts is an online retailer specializing in championship-style belts, sports-themed belts, collectible belts, custom belts, and related products.
Our products are generally made to order after a customer places an order.
Products are manufactured through our production operations in Sialkot, Pakistan and shipped internationally using courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other suitable delivery providers.
2. Eligibility to Use Our Website
By using Glow-Belts.com, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or that you are using the website with the permission and supervision required under the laws applicable to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information about our products, including:

Because some Glow Belts products are handmade, made to order, or customized, minor differences may occur between product images and the final product.

4. Made-to-Order Products
Most Glow Belts products are manufactured after an order is received.
After an order is placed, we normally review it and send it to our manufacturing team within approximately 24 hours.
Manufacturing generally takes approximately 3 to 5 business days.
Including initial order processing, normal handling and manufacturing time is approximately 4 to 6 business days before shipment.
Production times are estimates and may vary depending on product complexity, customization, order volume, holidays, material availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is correct.
This includes:
- Product selection
- Size
- Material
- Customization information
- Billing details
- Shipping address
- Phone number
- Email address
After an order has entered production, we may not be able to change product specifications.
If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of placing your order.
We cannot guarantee that changes will be possible after production has started.
6. Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

If we cancel an order after receiving payment and no product has been supplied, an applicable refund will be issued.

9. Shipping
Glow Belts products are manufactured and dispatched from Sialkot, Pakistan.
After manufacturing and order preparation have been completed, we normally ship through:
- DHL
- FedEx
- UPS
- Other suitable courier services where necessary
Normal courier transit time is approximately 7 to 8 business days after shipment.
Our normal overall estimated delivery timeframe is approximately:
Manufacturing & Handling: 4–6 business days
Shipping Transit: 7–8 business days
Estimated Total: approximately 11–14 business days

10. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to:
- Import taxes
- Customs duties
- Brokerage charges
- Government fees
- Local taxes
Where these amounts are not collected during checkout, they may be charged separately by customs authorities or the courier.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, the customer is responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by their country.
Glow Belts does not control customs authorities or their processing times.
11. Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Glow Belts is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately.
Once a package has been shipped, address changes may not be possible.
12. Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after shipment.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after a courier receives the package.
Once the courier has possession of the shipment, delivery progress may also be subject to the courier's terms and operational conditions.
13. Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 10 days after delivery.
The return period begins when the courier records the order as delivered.
We may accept products that are:
- New
- Unused
- Slightly used or briefly inspected
- Otherwise in reasonable returnable condition
We do not accept products that have been:
- Heavily used
- Excessively worn
- Misused
- Intentionally altered
- Damaged by the customer
- Improperly handled after delivery

14. Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise stated by Glow Belts, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
Before returning an item, customers must contact our support team.
The correct return address will be provided by:

Do not return a product to the Glowor LLC business address unless our support team specifically tells you to do so.
15. Refunds
After a returned product is received, our team will inspect it.
If the return meets our eligibility requirements, a refund will be approved.
Please allow up to 10 days after the returned product has been received and approved for us to issue the refund.
Once issued, your bank, card company, or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available.

If a product arrives damaged because of a manufacturing issue, packaging issue, or damage that occurred before delivery, contact us as soon as possible.

If our review confirms that the damage resulted from manufacturing, preparation, or delivery before the customer received the item, we will handle the matter according to our Returns and Refund Policy.
