At Glow Belts, every championship belt starts with an idea and is brought to life through our manufacturing workshop in Sialkot, Pakistan.
Our products are made to order, which means we do not simply pull finished belts from a warehouse. Once an order is received, the production process begins specifically for that customer.
From metal plates and engraving to leather straps, finishing, assembly, and final inspection, each belt moves through multiple stages before it is prepared for shipment.

Our production operations are based in Sialkot, where our manufacturing team works on championship belts using a combination of skilled handwork, machinery, finishing techniques, and detailed assembly.
This setup allows us to produce both standard designs and customized orders for individual customers, collectors, events, organizations, and bulk buyers.
Our Manufacturing Process
1. Order Review
After an order is placed, our team reviews the product specifications, material, design, customization details, and other requirements.
Orders are normally transferred to production within approximately 24 hours.
2. Plate Preparation
Depending on the selected product, belt plates may be produced using materials and processes such as:
- Brass
- Zinc alloy
- Metal sheets
- CNC machining
- Engraving
- Etching
- Cutting and shaping
The exact manufacturing method depends on the individual product.
3. Detailing & Finishing
Once the main plate structure is prepared, the product moves into detailing and finishing.
This may include:
- Polishing
- Plating
- Coloring
- Texturing
- Engraving
- Decorative detailing
- Stone or accent placement
- Logo or artwork application where applicable
Finishes can vary depending on the selected belt design and material.
4. Leather & Strap Work
The belt strap is prepared separately and then matched with the completed plates.
Depending on the product, different strap styles, colors, textures, and finishing options may be available.
Our team checks the placement of the plates and overall alignment before final assembly.
5. Assembly
After the main components are ready, the belt is assembled.
This stage may include:
- Mounting the main plate
- Installing side plates
- Fitting hardware
- Strap alignment
- Fastening components
- Checking overall balance and presentation
6. Final Inspection
Before a product is prepared for shipment, it is reviewed by our team.
The inspection may include checking:
- Overall appearance
- Plate alignment
- Surface finishing
- Strap condition
- Hardware
- Custom details
- Order specifications
If an issue is identified during inspection, the product may be returned to the relevant production stage before dispatch.
Made to Order
Most Glow Belts products are manufactured after an order is received.
Our standard manufacturing process normally takes approximately 3 to 5 business days, although the exact timeframe can vary depending on the product, material, customization, order quantity, and production schedule.
Including initial order processing, the normal handling and manufacturing period is approximately 4 to 6 business days before shipment.
For bulk or highly customized projects, additional production time may be required.
Materials & Options
Depending on the product, we may work with materials and options such as:

From Workshop to Your Door
Once your belt has completed manufacturing and inspection, it is prepared for international shipping.
We normally use courier services such as:
DHL, FedEx, or UPS
Normal courier transit time is approximately 7 to 8 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Customers receive tracking information when available.
