What Happens After You Place an Order?

All Glow Belts products are made to order through our manufacturing operations in Sialkot, Pakistan.

Once your order is placed, it normally moves through the following stages:

1. Order Received

Your order has been successfully placed and received by our team.

We review your order details, product selection, shipping information, and any customization requirements.

2. Sent for Manufacturing

Within approximately 24 hours of receiving your order, we normally send the product details to our manufacturing team.

Your belt is then prepared specifically for your order.

3. Manufacturing

Standard manufacturing normally takes approximately:

3–5 business days

During this stage, your product may go through plate preparation, finishing, strap work, assembly, and inspection.

Custom or bulk orders may require additional production time.

4. Quality Inspection & Packing

After manufacturing is completed, our team inspects the product and prepares it for shipment.

We check the product against the order details before packaging it for delivery.

5. Shipped

Once your order has been dispatched, we normally ship through:

DHL, FedEx, or UPS

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email or contact information associated with your order.

6. In Transit

After shipment, normal international transit time is approximately:

7–8 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on destination, customs processing, courier operations, weather, or local delivery conditions.

Estimated Order Timeline

For most standard orders:

Order Review: Approximately 24 hours
Manufacturing: 3–5 business days
Handling & Production: Approximately 4–6 business days total
Shipping: Approximately 7–8 business days
Estimated Total Delivery: Approximately 11–14 business days

Please remember that these are estimated timeframes rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Already Received a Shipping Tracking Number?

Once your package has been handed to the courier, you can also track it directly through the applicable shipping company.

Depending on your order, your shipment may be sent through:

DHL
FedEx
UPS

Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation message on the courier's official tracking website.

Tracking Information Not Showing Yet?

Tracking information may not become active immediately after your shipping label is created.

Please allow some time for the courier to:

  • Receive the package
  • Scan the shipment
  • Update its tracking system

If your order has recently been shipped, check again after the carrier has processed the package.

My Order Is Still Being Manufactured

Because Glow Belts products are made to order, your order will not normally ship immediately after checkout.

If your order is still within the normal 4–6 business day handling and production period, it may still be under manufacturing, finishing, inspection, or packaging.

This is part of our normal order process.

Tracking Shows Delivered but I Did Not Receive It

If the courier shows your shipment as delivered but you cannot find the package, please first:

  • Check around the delivery location
  • Ask household members or reception staff
  • Check with neighbors where appropriate
  • Review any delivery photo or courier notice
  • Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number

If you still cannot locate the package, contact Glow Belts with your Order ID and tracking number so we can review the situation.
